• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the laju44 support team immediately.
• Laju44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• You are prohibited from transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your laju44 account for any reason.
• Personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and payment details must be kept up to date whenever changes occur.

Laju44 provides a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other approved e-wallet options. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the member's name.
• Laju44 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Laju44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each respective offer.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases of voluntary closure or closure for technical reasons, valid account balances will be returned in accordance with established procedures once all verifications are completed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, laju44 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting and gaming activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Data loss caused by technical failures beyond laju44's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from failures of telecommunications systems or third-party internet services.

Laju44 provides the gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, error-free, or meet any specific user expectations. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the laju44 platform, members are encouraged to contact our customer support team first to resolve the matter amicably. laju44 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the laju44 platform is registered.
